Terms of Service

By accessing or using Auzora AI services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Services.

Auzora provides an AI-powered automation platform that includes:

• Auzora Orb: A voice AI assistant for hands-free interaction
• AI Agents: Autonomous agents for workflow automation including lead enrichment, support triage, and data synchronization
• Knowledge RAG: Retrieval-augmented generation for document search and question-answering

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services with reasonable notice.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Ensuring your use of the Services complies with applicable laws
• The accuracy and legality of data you provide to the platform

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any illegal purpose or to violate applicable laws
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Services
• Use the Services to send spam, phishing, or other unsolicited communications
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services
• Share account access with unauthorized users
• Use the Services to process data you do not have the right to use

For paid plans:

• Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis as selected
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We may change pricing with 30 days' written notice
• You are responsible for applicable taxes based on your jurisdiction
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of Services

Free trial periods begin on account creation and expire as stated at sign-up.

Our IP: The Services, including all software, algorithms, interfaces, and documentation, are owned by Auzora AI and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services.

Your Data: You retain all rights to data you input into the Services. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Services.

Feedback: Any suggestions or feedback you provide may be used by us without obligation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We do not guarantee that AI agent outputs will be error-free or suitable for any particular purpose

Either party may terminate these Terms:

• You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us
• We may terminate or suspend your access for breach of these Terms with notice
• Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately
• We will make your data available for export for 30 days following termination

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved by the competent courts of Hanoi, Vietnam.
